Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with The Glamp Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and Reservation

1. To reserve a glamping camp tent you must be at least 18 years old and hold an approved NEA camping permit where applicable.
2. Reservations can be made online via our booking system or authorised channels.
3. Full payment is collected upon booking confirmation. A refundable security deposit of $100/night will be collected 7 days before check‑in and refunded within 3–7 working days after check‑out if all items are returned undamaged.
4. Guests are encouraged to check weather conditions prior to booking. The Glamp Camp is not liable for dissatisfaction or inconvenience caused by weather conditions during the stay.

2. Rental Period

1. Check‑in time is 3pm and check‑out is 12pm.
2. Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available subject to availability and fees.

3. Tent Occupancy

1. Maximum occupancy is specified in the booking (typically 5 or 8 pax depending on the tent).
2. Only individuals listed on the NEA permit are allowed to stay overnight.

4. Tent Care and Usage

1. All equipment must be used responsibly. Damages due to negligence may incur charges.
2. Smoking, open flames, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside tents.
3. Cooking is not allowed inside the tent.
   

5. Safety, Liability & Indemnity

1. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
2. The Glamp Camp is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, loss, or incidents occurring during tent use or on campsite grounds.
3. Guests should secure valuables; we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
4. Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Glamp Camp from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses—including those resulting from injuries, accidents, serious harm, or death—arising from tent usage, outdoor activities, weather, or negligence by the guest or their group.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Weather Conditions

1. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date are subject to penalties and are generally non‑refundable.
2. Cancellation Schedule:
   • 15+ days before check‑in: full refund (minus processing fees)
   • 8–14 days: 50% refund
   • 7 days or less, no‑shows, early departures: no refund
3. No refunds for unused nights due to late arrival or early departure.
4. Weather Conditions: The Glamp Camp reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify setups in the event of unsafe weather. The decision is final. Guests may reschedule where applicable.
5. If The Glamp Camp cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or alternative accommodation where available.

7. Changes and Amendments

1. Changes to dates or tent types may be allowed subject to availability and additional fees.
2. Requests should be submitted early and are subject to approval.

8. Force Majeure

1. The Glamp Camp is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

1. These Terms follow the laws of Singapore.

10. Miscellaneous

1. These Terms represent the full agreement between the guest and The Glamp Camp.
2. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
3. If any provision is invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
4. Airnest Self‑Setup Delivery: Airnest series self‑setup tents are delivered to residential addresses only. Delivery to beaches, parks, public campsites, chalets, carparks, or commercial/non‑residential locations is not allowed.
